Mark Alan Davis' petitions were rejected because he submitted petitions for two offices - Kirkersville Village Council and Board of Public Affairs. Louisville Village Council candidate Donald Roderick will not appear on the November ballot because the number of witnessed signatures was left black on the circulator statement. Jersey Township Trustee candidate Richard Burns had an under-count of signatures on a circulator statement. Hartford Village Council candidate Christopher Zehnder and St. Three petitions were rejected because of circulator statement issues. The petitions of Jean Morgan and William Lower were accepted. Michael Miller's was rejected because it lacked a date. Jessica Voit's petition was rejected because of insufficient number of valid signatures.
